Bathrooms & shower rooms
A bathroom fitted properly, by the two people who quoted it
Full refits, walk-in showers and tired rooms brought back to life. Plumbing, tiling, electrics, joinery and flooring — all our own work, all in one fixed written price.

What a refit includes
- Old suite stripped out and taken away
- Walls made good, wet wall panelling or full tiling
- New bath, shower, basin and WC of your choosing
- Thermostatic showers set to a safe temperature
- Non-slip or vinyl safety flooring
- Extractor, lighting and shaver points by our own electrician's certification
- Silicone, sealing and a full clean before we hand it back
“Nothing was too much trouble.”
A full bathroom refit for my mother. They fitted around her carer visits without a single complaint and phoned me each evening to say how it was going.
Bathroom questions
How long does a full bathroom take?
Three to four days for a standard refit — strip out, first fix, tiling or wet wall, second fix, flooring and clean down. We tell you the finish date before we start and we stick to it.
Do you supply the suite, or do I?
Either. Most customers let us supply everything at trade price, but if you've seen a suite you like we're happy to fit it. The written quote separates labour and materials so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Will you have to re-plaster?
Sometimes. Old Lanarkshire bathrooms often hide poor walls behind the tiles. If we find it, we'll show you and price it before doing the work — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Can you make a standard bathroom easier to use without a full wet room?
Yes. A low-level tray shower, grab rails, a raised WC and non-slip flooring make a big difference where a full wet room isn't wanted or isn't needed yet.
