“Very considerate and thoughtful of my needs.”

My mobility isn't what it was and I was dreading the mess. Archie and Jon worked round me, kept the toilet working the whole time and left the house spotless. The shower has changed my day completely.

Archie explained every single step, told us honestly what the council would cover and helped me fill the forms in. Two days and it was done. He now showers on his own and I cannot tell you what that has given us both back.

Polite, tidy, no swearing, no radio blaring. They cleaned up every night before they left. I'd have them back tomorrow.

A full bathroom refit for my mother. They fitted around her carer visits without a single complaint and phoned me each evening to say how it was going.

Fixed written price, no extras added on at the end, and they worked round the kids' teatime. Rare to find these days.

“Boiler swapped over in a day, no fuss.”

Old back boiler out, combi in, all certified and registered. Explained the controls twice because I'm hopeless with them.
